Důl (Pelhřimov District)

Dul ( German Doll) is a municipality with a population of 57 in the Czech Republic. It is located 3 km southeast of the city and belongs to the Pacov Okres Pelhřimov on.

The village is situated on the eastern slope of the hill Ve Vrších ( 589 m) to the valley of the creek Novodvorsky steep hillside at 520 meters above sea level

The first written mention of the village dates from 1542. Most striking building is the chapel of St. John of Nepomuk

The municipality belongs to the district of Dul Nová Ves ( Neudorf ), the creek a mile north of the mouth of the creek Novodvorsky is located in the Kejrovský.
