Marc Salyers

Marc Douglas Salyers ( born February 28, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois ) is an American professional basketball player. After completing his studies in his home country Salyers played professionally in Europe. Joined the club Chorale Roanne he won the 2007 French Championship after he had this won with Élan Béarnais Pau - Orthez in 2004, and was then in the highest European League ULEB Euro League topscorer of the main round, thus winning the Alphonso Ford Trophy 2007/08.

Career

Salyers played during his studies at Samford University in Homewood in the U.S. state of Alabama for the University Team Bulldogs, the time of the Transamerica Athletic Conference of NCAA Division I belonged. With the Bulldogs, he won the first two Conference titles this high school teams in 1999, where he was named MVP of the championship tournament, and 2000.
