Mogoro

Mogoro is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 4329 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Oristano in Sardinia. The municipality is situated approximately kilometers from Oristano on the Parco della Sardegna Ambientale Geominerario Storico ed. Mogoro is immediately adjacent to the province of Medio Campidano.

Traffic

With a railway station the village is located on the railway line Cagliari - Golfo Aranci Marittima. Passing through the municipality, the Strada Statale 131 Carlo Felice.

Trivia

In 1604 it came to the wonders of Mogoro. In the Eucharist appeared, were two sinners, according to tradition the hosts fall that left footprints in stone.
