Randy Gene Moss ( born February 13, 1977 in Rand, West Virginia) is an American professional American football player at the position of wide receiver. He plays for the San Francisco 49ers in the National Football League ( NFL).
Career
The 1.93m Moss was in his youth a versatile athlete who was as active in athletics both in basketball, American football. After a fight with a white classmate, whom he beat up because of his skin color, he had to bury his dream to play at the University of Notre Dame for the Fighting Irish. Instead, he went to Marshall University. There, Moss established himself as one of the best wide receiver in his class and bribed with its speed: the 100 - and 200 - meter sprint he ran in under eleven or 22 seconds. In his first two years of college he began 168 throws, scored 3,356 yards and 53 touchdowns space gain. However, he was caught smoking marijuana and domestic violence against his girlfriend, so although he was considered a talented but questionable in character.

With the Patriots, he won 18 games in a row and managed again to jump to the Pro Bowl before the team from Foxborough in Super Bowl XLII was defeated by the underdog New York Giants 14-17. Moss scored the touchdown for interim 14-10 seconds before the end and missed just a long throw from Brady. 2008 and 2009 Moss scored 1,008 or 1,264 yards extra space for eleven and 13 touchdowns, but the Patriots have consistently failed due to the play -offs. 2010 Moss was retired from coach Bill Belichick: he was traded to the Minnesota Vikings (and a seventh- round draft pick in 2012 ) for a third-round pick in the upcoming NFL Draft again on October 6, 2010.
After his re- kicking after a few games when he complained loudly about the supposed " dehumanizing " quality of the team's interest, he was picked up by the Tennessee Titans. The Titans were the only team that Moss wanted to record. For the Titans, he completed this season still eight games.
Moss finished his NFL career first on August 1, 2011. In March 2012, signed Randy Moss, after a trial with head coach Jim Harbaugh, with the San Francisco 49ers a new one-year contract.

On 30 April 2008 Randy Moss announced that he would not go into this season with Moss Motorsports LLC in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. In July 2008, Moss announced that he had bought 50 percent of Morgan - Dollar Motorsports. The first race will be his team planned on 19 July at the Kentucky Speedway.
Family
The parents of Randy Moss are Maxine Moss and Randy Pratt, but Moss has little contact with his father very much. He has a sister named Lutisia and a brother, Eric Moss, who had a brief stint in the NFL as an offensive lineman with the Minnesota Vikings. Randy Moss has four children with his girlfriend Libby Offut ( two daughters, Sydney and Senali and two sons, Thaddeus and Montigo ).
