Rodinov
Rodionov ( German Radinow ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is 17 kilometers northeast of Hradec Jindřichův and belongs to Okres Pelhřimov.
Geography
Rodionov located on the slope of the 638 m high hill overlooking the valley of Hluboká Lhotský creek in the Bohemian- Moravian Highlands. To the west lies the valley of Kamenice, by the narrow-gauge railway line Jindřichův Hradec - Obrataň leads. Below the village lies on the Rachačky Kamenice the station Rodionov.
Neighboring towns are Antonka in the north, Lhota - Vlásenice and Metánov in the northeast, Stranná in the east, in the southeast Lítkovíce, Štítné in the south, Zdar in the southwest, and Vodná Rachačky in the west and Kamenice nad Lipou in the northwest.
History
Was first documented the village in 1549.
1906 was inaugurated the narrow -gauge railway from Obrataň to Jindřichův Hradec in Kamnitztal. In the village there are more agricultural facilities.
