The Silver Creek Township is one of 18 townships in Stephenson County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Illinois.

Geography

The Silver Creek Township is located in northwestern Illinois, approximately 30 km south of the Wisconsin border. The Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa, is located about 70 km to the west.
