The West Point Township is one of 18 townships in Stephenson County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Illinois.
Geography
The West Point Township is located in northwestern Illinois, approximately 5 km south of the Wisconsin border. The Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa, is located around 60 km to the west.
The West Point Township is located at 42 ° 25'02 " north latitude and 89 ° 52'10 " west longitude and covers an area of 92.71 km ². To the east of West Point Township is Lake Le - Aqua -Na, a small State Park.
