The Winslow Township is one of 18 townships in Stephenson County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Illinois.
Geography
The Winslow Township is located in northwest Illinois on the border with Wisconsin. The Mississippi River, which forms the border with Iowa, is located around 55 km to the west.
The Winslow Township is located at 42 ° 29'05 " north latitude and 89 ° 50'19 " west longitude and covers an area of 74.33 km ². The township is traversed in a north-south direction from coming from Wisconsin Pecatonica River, a tributary of the Rock River.
