Soviet Union national bandy team

The Soviet Bandynationalmannschaft the men presented the Soviet Union in international matches in Bandy. The Soviet Union took from 1957 to 1991 at 17 Bandy World Championships in part and always won this medal, including 14 golds.

Up to and including 1979, the Soviet Union won all the titles at the World Championships until 1975, she had never even conceded a World Cup defeat. In the 1981 World Championship with Sweden was the first time another natione world champion, where the Swedes were able to secure the title only because of better comparison. 1983 won the Soviet Union, although the group match against Sweden 2-1, but lost the final with 3:9.
