Bandy World Championship 1973
The 8th Bandy World Championship was held in the Soviet Union from 17 February to 24 February 1973. The eighth World Cup the Soviet Union could decide for themselves. All six games were won. It is worth noting the power to have it approved just four goals.
The mode remained the same as in the World Cup two years ago: It has been played a round and a second round, so each team twice met each other and had to contest a total of six games.
