Bandy World Championship 2012
The 32nd Bandy World Championships was held from January 29 to February 5, 2012 in the vicinity of the Kazakh Almaty instead.
The World Association had awarded the World Cup in Almaty in January 2011. Venue for the Games of the A World Cup, the stadium medeo. The Games of the B World Cup will take place at the Central Stadium Almaty. In medeo the Bandyspiel the Asian Winter Games in 2011 had taken place in 2011.
In the finals, defeating defending champion Sweden 5-4 Russia. Bronze Kazakhstan secured by a 10:5 over Finland in the small final.
