Thepha District

Thepha ( Thai: อำเภอ เทพา, Malay: Tiba ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the southeastern province of Songkhla. The Songkhla province in Southern Thailand is located on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand.

Geography

Neighboring districts and territories ( from east clockwise): Amphoe Nong Chik and the Khok Pho in Pattani Province Amphoe Saba Yoi and Na Thawi and Chana in the province of Songkhla. To the north lies the Gulf of Thailand.

Attractions

  • Sakom - beach ( Thai: หาด สะกอ ม - Has Sakom ) - beach were fine sand and pine. Distance to district town 53 km away. Opportunity for fishing, a trip by chartered fishing boat to Ko Kham, which is just 2 km off the coast.
