Wiesemscheid

Wiesemscheid is a municipality in the district of Ahrweiler, in Rhineland- Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Adenau.

Geography

Wiesemscheid is located six kilometers southwest of the city Adenau on a site, which shows relatively little height differences for the high Eifel. To the north the municipality falls into the valley of Throws Bach, to the south in the Trier of Bach from where it above about 405 m. NN reached its lowest point on the ground. History
