Zac Rinaldo

Zac Rinaldo ( born June 15, 1990 in Mississauga, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. Since 2011 he plays for the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League for the position of right winger.

Career

Zac Rinaldo was from the 2007/ 08 squad to the root of the Ontario Hockey League clubs Mississauga St. Michael's Majors, where he soon distinguished himself by his physical game. NHL Entry Draft 2008, the Canadian was selected in the sixth round to total 178 position of the Philadelphia Flyers. After a total of 107 games for the St. Michael's Majors Rinaldo was transferred to the London Knights 6 January 2009 in exchange for Kale Kerbashian. The winger completed in the regular season of OHL 2008/ 09 56 games, but he received 201 penalty minutes; more than any other player in the OHL.

On 11 August 2009 Zac Rinaldo signed an entry-level contract with the Flyers. After 34 appearances for the Knights in the season 2009 /10 of the striker 9 January 2010 was transferred in exchange for Chris DeSousa to the Barrie Colts. Rinaldo finished the season 2009/10 a total of 255 penalty minutes and was as last season the most frequently punished players the Ontario Hockey League. In the 2010/11 season of the American Hockey League, the player belonged to the permanent staff of Philadelphia's farm team Adirondack Phantoms. The winger completed four games for Philadelphia's AHL farm team, before he was appointed back in the NHL squad. As a result, Rinaldo earned a regular place in the squad of the Philadelphia Flyers.
