Željko Joksimović

Željko Joksimović ( Serbian Cyrillic Жељко Јоксимовић, born April 20, 1972 in Belgrade ) is a Serbian pop singer and composer.

Career

In 1984, he won with 12 years as the first First Accordion of Europe in Paris.

In 1999, he released his first album, with which he won the Oscar Popularnosti and as established in the largest Serbian record label City Records. He worked closely with the singer Svetlana Slavković and later also with Leon Tina, who moje ( My doe ) wrote the text for his ESC contribution Lane.

In Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia- Herzegovina Joksimović was one of the most famous singers of the song vreteno. In 2002 he released the album that helped him to the final break.

Participation in the Euro Vision Song Contest
