1991 CECAFA Cup

The eighteenth edition of the CECAFA Cup, officially Palmares 1991 CECAFA Championship, took place from November 14 to December 7 in 1991 in Uganda instead. Seven Central and East African teams played for the title of Eastern and Central Africa champion. Zambia won his second title.

Game Mode

The seven participating countries played in two groups of four and three teams. The runners-up played against the group winners of the other group in the semifinals. The two semi-final winners play in the final for the title. The semifinal losers played for 3rd place again we returned to the 2- point system.
