  • The 30- year-old Briton Carl Fogarty wins at Ducati ahead of Australian Troy Corser ( also Ducati ) and the New Zealander Aaron Slight (Honda) the drivers' standings and can therefore defend his won last year's success. In the constructors' standings, Ducati prevails ahead of Honda and Kawasaki.
