2003–04 Scottish League Cup

The Scottish League Cup in 2003 /04 played for the 58th time. The Scottish League Cup, which was officially discharged as CIS Insurance League Cup, began on 2 September 2003 and ended with the final on 14 March 2004. Competition on the clubs in the Scottish Football League and Scottish Premier League participated. If a duel is not decided after 90 minutes plus extension, it came to the penalty shootout. For the first time in the club's history of Livingston FC won the League Cup, the final was won by the club against Hibernian.
