Arcidosso

Arcidosso is a town with 4325 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Grosseto, Tuscany region of Italy.

Geography

The site covers approximately 93 km ². It is located about 35 km northeast of Grosseto, 100 km south of Florence and 70 km east of the Tyrrhenian Sea to the vineyards of Montecucco. The peak of Monte Amiata is located around 12 km away. The place is part of the Comunità montana dell'Amiata Grossetano and is located in the climatic classification of Italian communities in Zone E, ​​2258 GG. Near the center stems from the Torrente duck, also the place is located on the rivers Albegna (2 km in urban areas ) and Zancona (12 of a total of 17 km in the urban area ).

History
