The Highway 18 in British Columbia is on the Canadian west coast barrier island Vancouver Iceland. The highway has a length of 26 km. It begins in Duncan and ends in Lake Cowichan.

Route

The Highway begins on Highway 1 north of Duncan. He heads west parallel of the Cowichan River. Major settlements do not exist along the route. The highway ends in Lake Cowichan, the end of the road splits into the road to Youbou and the Southern Shore Road to Port Renfrew on the southwest coast of Vancouver Iceland.
