Buch in Tirol is a municipality with 2509 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the district of Schwaz in Tirol ( Austria ). On 1 January 2011 the municipality has received the new postal code 6220, the renaming of Buch in Tirol in Buch in Tirol was announced by the Tyrolean provincial government on June 29, 2010. The municipality is located in the judicial district of Schwaz.

Geography
Book lies in the lower Inn valley south of the Inn. In addition to the main town of the book community still consists of the districts ( villages ) and St. Margaret Maurach, a part of Redwood and the mountainside Troi (consisting of Obertroi and Untertroi ).
Today book is a popular residential community.
