Daru
Daru is the capital of the Western Province of Papua New Guinea. Your area is located entirely on the same island Daru Iceland south of the mouth of the Fly River on the west side of the Gulf of Papua, north of the Torres Strait and the Australian Cape York Peninsula is located.
Daru has about 13,000 inhabitants and is the largest coastal settlement in western Papua New Guinea.
