Turnagain Island (Queensland)

, Also called Turnagain Iceland Buru, is a small uninhabited island in the Torres Strait Islands. It is located about 38 km south of the coast of Papua New Guinea and 125 kilometers north of Cape York Peninsula, but is part of the Australian state of Queensland. The closest islands are Dauan (29 km northeast) and Boigu (29 km north-west ), both inhabited.

Administratively counts Turnagain Iceland to the Top Western Islands, an island region in the municipality of Torres Shire.

The fully wooded, narrow island surrounded by a coral reef.
