Description

The national flag is vertically divided into three strips; a narrow blue stripes at the leech, a narrow green strip at the receding end and a broad yellow stripe in the middle. The strips behave 1:2:1. On the yellow strip of V for St. Vincent are arranged three green diamonds that the nickname of the island in the shape - to symbolize - Gems of the Antilles. Blue represents the sky and the sea, golden yellow symbolizes the warm and cheerful spirit of the population and the golden sands of the Grenadines. Green represents the lush vegetation of St. Vincent's agriculture and the continued vitality of the population. History

When the country on October 27, 1975 Associated State, was kept to the previous British colonial flag as the national flag when.
