Heinbockel

Heinbockel is a municipality in the district of Stade in Lower Saxony. The community belongs to the Samtgemeinde Oldendorf - gates of heaven, which has its headquarters in the town gates of heaven. It consists of the districts Heinbockel and Hagenah. It has about 1,493 inhabitants, of which about 804 Heinbockel and 689 on Hagenah.

History

Incorporations

On 1 July 1972, the neighboring community Hagenah was incorporated.

Coat of arms

The coat of arms was adopted in 1948 by the local council and awarded on February 2, 1949 by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Interior.

Blazon: "In gold on green sign foot topped with a golden urn, a black giant's grave. "

The coat of arms was designed by the heraldic consultant landscape advice from banks Holle and designed. The community has taken up the stone chamber grave still well preserved in their district in their coat of arms. The urn refers to further prehistoric finds and the ancient settlement of the municipality.

Culture and sights

Also worth mentioning is the regionally very popular nightclub music store Heinbockel which is every Friday evening a meeting place for young people and adults from the area.

Bars and restaurants

In addition to the restaurant in Heinbockel, there is still one in Hagenah: The Gasthof Hellwege in Hagenah. The second pub in Heinbockel can be found in the Düdenbüttler road to the Lindenhof.

Traffic
