The Hinter Rhine in Spliigen

The back of the Rhine, in Romansh idiom Sutsilvan clean Posteriur, is one of the headwaters of the Rhine and in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. It rises on the slopes of Rheinwaldhorn, Güferhorn and Rhine spring horn and joins in Reichenau the Anterior Rhine to now only mentioned Rhine river.

Course and valley landscape
