Hoffmann & Hoffmann
Hoffmann & Hoffmann was a German singing and writing team on the field of the Schlager. It consisted of Michael Hoffmann ( born December 3, 1950 in Karlsruhe) and his brother Günter Hoffmann ( born October 4, 1951 in Karlsruhe, † March 15, 1984 in Rio de Janeiro).
Career
The two brothers played music together already during school hours. With her first big hit of raspberry ice cream for breakfast, the German version of the Bellamy Brothers Hits Crossfire, they appeared in the ZDF Disco on September 17, 1977. In February 1980, an appearance in the ZDF hit parade followed with the title All I need is you, the German version of Alan Tu sei l' unica donna Sorrentis per me.
1983 took part in the two for Germany at Euro Vision Song Contest.
