Horní Libochová

Horni Libochová ( German Upper Libochau ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. You more than twelve kilometers northeast of Velké Meziříčí and belongs to Okres Zdar nad Sázavou.

Geography

Horni Libochová located in the belonging to the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands Highlands Křižanovská ( Krischanauer Bergland ) in the valley of the brook Libochovka. The place is surrounded by numerous ponds; Horni Libochová is the Sádecký rybnik significantly larger is the easternmost Velky Navratil. To the north rises the Chuchelná ( Kuchelberg, 557 m ) southeast of the Křiblík ( 582 m), in the south of Vinohrádek (560 m) and in the northwest of Spálený Kopec ( 595 m).

Neighboring towns are Dolni Hliny and Radkov in the north, Nový Dvůr and Krčma in the northeast, Dolni Libochová in the east, Nová Ves and Bojanovský the southeast, Kadolec in the south, Kundratice the southwest, Jakubovský Dvůr and Jívoví in the west and Horni Hliny and Pikarec in the northwest.

History

The first mention of Lubochová was in 1358 as part of the goods belonging to the reign Meziříčí Undercity Křižanov. 1571, the city was connected to the rule Moravec. Between 1703 and 1704, a fresh fire in eastern proven that belonged to Kundratitzer blast furnace. At the end of the 18th century, the settlements Dolni Hliny and Horni Hliny created in the course of the compartmentalization of the Meier farm Hliny.

After the abolition of patrimonial Horni Libochov formed in 1850 a district of the market town in the district Krizanov Velké Meziříčí. Since 1867 there is the community Horni Libochová. In 1890, a one-class village school. The community was associated with the beginning of 1961 the Okres Zdar nad Vltavou, at the same time received the settlements Dolni Hliny and Horni Hliny the status of districts.

The Baroque stone bridge from 1749 was demolished and rebuilt in the street museum Velké Meziříčí.
