Kadolec

Kadolec ( German Kadoletz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located ten kilometers east of Velké Meziříčí and belongs to Okres Zdar nad Sázavou.

Geography

Kadolec located in the belonging to the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands Highlands Křižanovská ( Krischanauer Bergland ). It is surrounded by nine small ponds at the northwestern foot of Svatá hora ( Swataberg, 679 m). To the south of the hill Na skalách collected ( 654 m). In the southwest lies to the corridors of Kadolec the airfield Křižanov.

Neighboring towns are Kundratice and Bojanovský in the north, Heřmanov in the northeast, and Rohy Milešín in the east, in the southeast Skřinářov, Ořechov in the south, and Kusky Březejc the southwest, Sviny and Kozlov in the west and Křižanov in the northwest.

History

The first mention of the village belonging originally to rule Osové place in the year 1364. At this time the city was divided. One half of the Erbgericht had the brothers of Ronow, the other was in the possession of Henry of Ronow. 1372 acquired John the elder of Meziříčí the entire village and joined it to his rule Meziříčí. Later Kadolec came back to rule Osové and 1552 connected to Ořechov. With this together, the village was part of the 1687 rule Křižanov.

After the abolition of patrimonial Kadolec formed in 1850 a district of the market Křižanov in the District Commission United Meseritsch. Was established in 1867 the municipality Kadolec. After the abolition of Okres Velké Meziříčí the community came to the beginning of 1961 to Okres Zdar nad Sázavou. 1976 Kadolec was incorporated again after Křižanov. Since 1990, the community is again.
