Hornà RožÃnka
Horni Rožínka ( German Upper Rosinka, also top Rozinka ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located six kilometers south-west of Bystřice nad Perštejnem and belongs to Okres Zdar nad Sázavou.
Geography
Horni Rožínka located in the valley of the brook Rožínka in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. To the west the hill rises Strany ( 568 m). To the southeast lies the only one still operating uranium mine in the Czech Republic, the DIAMO sp, oz GEAM Dolni Rožínka, are degraded in the pitchblende and coffinite.
Neighboring towns are Albrechtice, Rozsochy and Blažejovice in the north, Vojetín in the northeast, Rodkov in the east, Dvořiště and Rožná the southeast, Dolni Rožínka and Blažkov in the south, Zvole the southwest, Račice, Ráčkův Mlýn and Dlouhe in the west and Branišov in the northwest.
History
The first mention of Roženka was in 1366, wrote about as Hertvík of Zwole income from the village as a dowry to Kačna of Zwole. 1385 sold Mikšík of Radinoves the village Roženka to Matyas of Smržov and Ostrov. This sold it in 1390 to Mikuláš of Kojetin. Against the sale put Hereš Ostrov protest because he had claims on the goods of Matyas of Smržov. Mikuláš of Kojetin overwrote the village of his wife Zdenka together with Kojetin. After a comparison between Matyas and Hereš Ostrov sales in 1392 was reversed and Roženka passed to Hereš, who passed the village on CENEK of Ronow. 1406 the village belonged to the widow of Smil of Zwole, Betka, and Jan Hlaváč of Ronow made her claims because of her late husband's property in dispute. Other owners afterJan Hlaváč of Ronow were Václav storm of Ronow and Mitrow and 1433 Hynko of Zwole. 1446 was succeeded by his brother Peter of Zwole, the pastor in Zvole and later was in Letovice. This left the ox beat Holíkovský and the village Roženka including lying below it Holíkovský pond last will and testament of the parish in Zvole. Since at the same time also the village Zvole with the church fell to the Cistercian monastery Saar, was also Horni Rožínka monastic possessions and called in later times as Rožínka Opatská. Since 1667 a local seal and coat of arms of Rozinka is preserved.
After the abolition of patrimonial Horni Rozinka formed in 1850 a municipality in the district Nove Mesto. 1947, the community was assigned nad Perštejnem in the wake of the dissolution of Okres Nové Město na Moravě the Okres Bystřice. Since 1961 it belongs to the Okres Zdar nad Sázavou.
