Indonesia at the 1956 Summer Olympics
Indonesia participated in the Olympic Summer Games 1956 in Melbourne, Australia with a delegation of 22 athletes (20 men and two women) in eleven competitions in six sports part. There were no medals to be won. The youngest athlete was the float Habib Nasution (20 years and 17 days), the oldest athlete was the football player Oros Witarsa (40 years and 39 days). It was the second participation of the country in the Olympic Summer Games.
