History

The company was formed by the merger of companies, which in part had already started operating in 1921. For this purpose, among others, was the armament factory Experiencias Industriales SA. Indra founded in 1925, was founded in 1993 and is listed since 1 July 1999 in the Spanish financial index IBEX 35. In addition, the company was included in the international stock indices such as the FTSE ETX, Dow Jones Global Index and MSCI. Indra has a network of centers of excellence and software development centers in Moldova, Slovakia, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Panama, the Philippines, Australia, and Spain. The company has agreements with 100 universities and research centers.
