Mocònesi
MOCONESI ( Ligurian Mekonési or Moconexi ) is a municipality with 2693 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the Italian province of Genoa.
Geography
The municipality is located in the valley of the brook Fontanabuona Lavagna. The distance to the Ligurian capital Genoa is about 31 kilometers. To MOCONESI also includes the in the valley Trebbia exploiting dividend exclave Santa Brilla.
Together with 16 other local forms MOCONESI the Comunità Montana Fontanabuona.
According to the Italian classification with respect to seismic activity MOCONESI Zone 4 has been assigned. This means that the municipality is in a seismically inert zone.
