Reto Capadrutt

Reto Capadrutt ( born March 4, 1912 in Chur, † February 3, 1939 in Cortina d' Ampezzo ) was a Swiss bobsledder.

Capadrutt took for the first time at the 1932 Olympic Games in Lake Placid and won the two-man bobsleigh silver medal. Subsequently, he was the winner of the gold medal at the World Championships in 1935 and in the two- man and four winners of the bronze medal, also 1935. Following year he participated in the 1936 Olympic Games in Garmisch -Partenkirchen and won the silver medal in four-man bobsleigh. At the World Championships the following year he won a bronze medal in the two- again.

In the Bob World Championships 1939, which took place in Italy, he had an accident and died.
