1941 South American Championship
The Campeonato Sudamericano 1941 was the 16th edition of the South American continental playout championship in football and was held from February 2 to March 4, for the third time in Chile instead. Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia and Paraguay did not participate.
The tournament was as usual ( FFA ) played in the league system. Case of a tie for first place, a playoff was provided. All matches were played at the Estadio Nacional de Chile in Santiago.
