1967–68 Serie A (ice hockey) season
The 1967/68 season was the 34th season of the series A1, the highest Italian Hockey League. Master became the total tenth time in the club's history SG Cortina.
Mode
The four teams completed first a common main round. The top two teams who qualified for the championship final. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
