1951–52 Serie A (ice hockey) season
The season 1951/52, was the 19th season of the series A1, the highest Italian Hockey League. Champion for the third time in club history the HC Milan Inter.
Mode
In the main round of the league was divided into two groups of three teams. The winners of the two groups qualified for the finals in which they met the two big Milan clubs. The winner of the final round was champion. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.

The main round was held for the first time with home and away matches.

The crew of the HC Bolzano was unable to start due to the weather conditions to away games. The home games were canceled later because of the irregular use of the player Gustav Speak.
