2011 German Formula Three season
The German Formula 3 Cup 2011 was The season began on 24 April at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben and ended on 2 October at the Hockenheimring Baden- Württemberg, the 37th season of the German Formula 3. A total of nine race weekends were held.

Race Calendar
The race calendar of the German Formula 3 Cup consisted of nine race weekends. Seven were held at the ADAC Masters Weekend. The race weekend at Spa- Francorchamps was held in the framework program of the 1000 km race at Spa -Francorchamps and the first race weekend in Assen took place in the framework program of the Superleague Formula.
Ratings
Points system
The points were awarded in all races according to the following scheme:
Additionally, there was in each case a bonus point for pole position and the fastest lap of the race. While in the Cup standings all vehicles were entitled points, only the cars of model years were in the Trophy standings from 2002 to 2004 points. In the rookie standings all the drivers that are less than 25 years old and have participated in two events at most an international Formula 3 series, were entitled points.
