Fethi Heper

Fethi Heper ( born February 3, 1944 in Eskişehir ) is a former Turkish football player. Heper contributed to the active time the nickname Cengel. Playing career

Fethi Heper began in 1960 in his home at Eskişehir Eskişehir amateur club Gençlik Kulübü, his older brothers also played there. Academic career
