The community association Kirchberg ( Hunsrück) is an administrative unit in the form of a local authority in the Rhein- Hunsrück district, in Rhineland -Palatinate. The municipality includes the town of Kirchberg (Hunsrück ) and 39 independent local communities, the administrative headquarters are in the eponymous town of Kirchberg ( Hunsrück). The municipality was created in 1970 as part of an administrative and territorial reform.
