Kutenholz

Kutenholz ( Low German Kutenholt ) is a Lower Saxon municipality in the district of Stade, Fred Beck. In addition to the main town Kutenholz include also the places Mulsum, Sadersdorf, nettle, Aspe and Bull wood to the community.

Geography

The municipality is situated on the southern Kutenholz Stader Geest. From the earlier forests and bogs in the area part is preserved, while the rest were made ​​agriculture arable.

History

Kutenholz was first mentioned in 1313 as Cvtenholte.

Incorporations

Sadersdorf was incorporated into Kutenholz on 1 January 1929. With the reform community and the places Aspe, nettle and Mulsum came on 1 July 1972 community.

Mulsum was spun off from Kutenholz on 1 September 1990 and again independently. However, the city was incorporated again on 16 October 1990.

Kutenholz has offers on the highway 123 connecting to Bremervörde in the west and State Road 73 to the east, the further connection to Stade, Buxtehude and Hamburg.
