Le Plessis-Trévise

Le Plessis- Trévise is a commune with 27,222 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Val -de- Marne in the Île- de -France region; it is in the arrondissement of Nogent -sur -Marne, in the canton Villiers -sur- Marne. The inhabitants are called Plesséens.

Geography

Le Plessis- Trévise is located in the Paris Basin approximately 17 kilometers east of Paris between Villiers -sur -Marne in the north, Noisy- le- Grand in the northeast, Pontault- Combault to the east, La Queue -en- Brie in the south, Chennevières -sur- Marne in the southwest and Champigny -sur -Marne in the west.

History

Today contiguous village goes back to the two settlements Plessis -Saint- Antoine and La Lande, which were united in 1776.
