Luis Herrera

Luis Alberto " Lucho " Herrera ( born May 4, 1961 in Fusagasuga, Cundinamarca ) is a former Colombian cyclist. As one of the best high altitude climbers in the 1980s, he started only in stage races. Day races he avoided, probably because of its weaknesses in the sprint.
