Pietro Linari

Pietro Linari (* October 15, 1896 in Florence, † January 1, 1972 ) was an Italian cyclist.

Pietro Linari was one of the most successful and versatile cyclists of Italy in the 1920s and 30s. His greatest achievement was the victory at Milan - Sanremo in 1924. During the same year he won the Giro dell'Emilia, 1925 and 1926, the criterion of Geneva. Twice, in 1922 and 1925, he won a stage of the Giro d' Italia, 1927, Württemberg- tour and around Frankfurt.
