Rohrbach an der Lafnitz located in the eastern Joglland about 13 km north of the district capital Hartberg. The community is located at the mouth of Limbach in the Lafnitz.

Rohrbach is connected through the countries along the municipal boundary breakpoint " Rohrbach- Vorau " on the railway network. Here is access to the spa lift with two hourly regional train connections to Vienna and Hartberg.
