Vornholz

The community Vornholz with 726 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) located in the north -east of Styria in Austria. The municipality is located in the judicial district Fürstenfeld and in the political district of Hartberg - Fürstenfeld. From 1 January 2015 it has joined forces framework of the Styrian municipality structural reform with the communities Vorau, Puchegg, Schachen at Vorau Riegersberg, the new community will continue to use the name " Vorau ".

The flat flowers express that Vornholz was a community with flax and linen production, Astpfähle the Nutzholzstamm. The flat flowers in front of the wood resulting in a pictorial representation of the municipality of origin Vornholz.
