Geography

Geographical Location

Kaibing is located in the hills of Eastern Styria at the Feistritzwerke. The community is located about 15 km southwest of the district capital of Hartberg and about 30 km northeast of the provincial capital of Graz.

Traffic

Kaibing is located on the B 54 road changes from Hartberg to track village, passing through the community. The South A 2 motorway from Vienna to Graz is on the junction Hartberg ( 115) approximately 18 km and the junction Sinabelkirchen (150 ) in about 15 km distance.

A train station is not in the church and the surrounding area.

Graz Airport is about 40 km away.

Coat of arms

The award of the municipality coat of arms was made with effect from 1 September 1978. Blazon (Coat of Arms description): " In a silver shield from a sign foot up towards the center ascending, bottom round recessed black mountain, topped with a silver monogram Marie and sprinkled with thirteen silver linden leaves; above a growing black wolf. "
