Swimming at the 2012 Summer Olympics – Men's 4 × 100 metre medley relay
The relay competition about 4 times 100 meter medley of men at the 2012 Olympics in London was held on 3 and 4 August 2012 at the London Aquatics Centre. 16 squadrons with a total of 84 athletes took part.
There were two heats. The fastest eight squadrons heats qualified for the final, which was held on the same day.
