1936–37 Serie A (ice hockey) season

The 1937 season was the eleventh season of the series A1, the highest Italian Hockey League. Master became the total eighth time in the club's history the Hockey Club Milano.

The games were held on the evenings of March 3 and 4 in the Milan Ice Palace. It was attended by only the Devils Rossoneri Milan and the HC Milan.

The format of the championship was completely changed. In order to give a chance to participate in the championship young players, the association said the tournament into two parts, one national and one junior group B. The two participating clubs reported three teams that could be exchanged only within strict limits with each other.

A win is the first team got a point, the second team two points and the third three points.

On the evening of the first day of the Association refused to allow the player D' Apollonia of Diavoli Rossneri the first game permit, which would be achieved irregular, which denied the leadership of the association. Without these players they would not compete. The game was declared as a friendly game. After the rejection of the appeal the game was scored 5-0 for Milan.
