Chavannes-des-Bois

Chavannes -des- Bois is a municipality in the district of Nyon in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland.

Geography

Chavannes -des- Bois is located at 469 m above sea level. Level, 12 km north of the city of Geneva ( straight line ), in the extreme southwest of Vaud. The village is located on the ridge between the valley of Versoix and Geneva.

History
